Before this band ever came to be, founding members Tony and Joseph played alongside each other for two years, performing as session musicians for Jeremy Jay. Eventually, they broke away to start their own project, and so Paradise was born. Carving out their existence in their own small corner of East London (in Joseph’s bedroom to be precise), together they create dreamy, low-fi pop music, using droning soundscapes to create a sound you can easily drift away with.
With the addition of friends Jordan, Luke, and Ross, Paradise toured across the country for the first time in February, supporting Swim Deep at a number of their dates. Disregarding hype to develop their sound, this a group that putting all their efforts where it really matters – the music.
