Rising from the ashes of The Carpels, Dumb are (with only one track online) already proving to be a success. They’ve received airplay from the likes of Radio 1, been played on Sports Soccer, and in the month that’s passed since they started playing live shows, they’ve already impressed audiences from here to the capital city.
Drawing in crowds off the success of one track is no mean feat. Dumb not only manage to pull it off, but surpass expectations, performing sets bursting with an energy and an enjoyment that has earned them a lot of respect and admiration. The proof is in the playing, and this is a band that are certainly making the most of their talents.
‘Dive’ (below) is the groups first single. It’s crafted from grunge-infused melodies, with blazing refrains, swirling guitars, and an exploding chorus that’ll leave you desperate for more. With new recordings on the way, it doesn’t look like you’ll have to wait long.
